Cause
The request does not fit a hard limit of the budget. Unprice reserved and consumed nothing. Do not run the work.Action
Readdetails.blocked. It names the limit (limitId, window), its remaining and held amounts,
when it resets (resetsAt), and the remedy that would let the same request through:
release_holds: releasing open holds would make the request fit.wait_for_reset: the request fits once the failing windows reset.raise_limit: a limit needs a change, which takes a config key.
